Shipping Policy

Shipping estimates:

 

Made-to-Order: If you've chosen a piece that will be made specific to your requirements and fabric selection, please allow up to 5 - 7 days from order placement to shipping dispatch for your item. If you require it by a particular date please contact sales@iolascollective.com.au in advance of placing your order, so I can best accommodate your requirements.

 

Ready to Wear/Ready to Ship:  These item/s will be shipped within 1-3 days of placing your order.

Digital patterns: are available via immediate download and are sent to your email address

Shipping expenses within Australia:

On all orders over AUD$200: free express shipping with tracking 

On orders below AUD$200: a flat shipping rate with tracking of AUD$12 applies to orders 

 

Express shipping can also be arranged upon request for orders under AUD$200 for a additional fee.  Please email sales@iolascollective.com.au  prior to ordering if you would like to arrange express shipping.

Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address as iolas the label cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

How long will it take?

Each item will be sent with Australia post.  You will receive an email once you have placed your order and once the item has shipped you will receive your tracking information.  All items are send in 100% compostable mailers or recycled carton.  All of our items are handmade in Australia, in our Brisbane studio.

Parcel Post - QLD, 2-4 business days.  Interstate 3-6 business days.

Express Post - QLD, 1-2+ business days.  Interstate 1-3+ business days
